The evaluation phase is critical to the overall success
of the project. This step involves defining requirements,
documenting those requirements, designing the solution and
developing the end product.

Quality assurance testing (QAT) of the developed product
or enhancements to an existing product is conducted prior
to delivery to the client. When the client receives the
product, it is strongly recommended that user accetance
testing (UAT) be conducted in a test environment. Once the
product has passed UAT, training will be conducted with
the appropriate personnel. The final step in the implementation
process is to "Go Live".
