Implementation
Strategies provides consulting services for assistance
with software projects and web site development.
We listen to you. It is important for us to understand
what return you expect from your project. This translates
into a more effective evaluation and implementation.
Evaluation:
The evaluation phase is critical to the overall success
of the project. This step involves defining and documenting
your requirements and expectations. Based on those
requirements a suitable software solution or web site
desgn will be recommeded. Whether for software implementation
or a company web site, time spent compiling comprehensive
requirements will pay dividends in the long run.
Design & Development:
The
design and development phase will be based on
requirements and expectations compiled in the initial evaluation.
In
the case of software, the right answer might be an off
the shelf solution. However, off the shelf solutions
may not be right for your organization's needs. In that
case, custom software development might be needed to
arrive at the desired end product.
As
with software solutions, web site design and development
depend entirely on the initial requirements defined in
the evaluation phase.
Implementation:
Once design and development are complete, the end product
will under go quality assurance testing (QAT) prior to
delivery to the client. When the client receives the
product, it is strongly recommended that user accetance
testing (UAT) be conducted in a test environment. Once
the product has passed UAT, training will be conducted
with the appropriate personnel. The final step in the
implementation process is to "Go Live".
Web site design, development and testing will follow the
same SDLC process as software.
We
want you to be satisfied with the end result! Collaboration,
requirements definition, development and testing continues
until you agree your project accomplishes the goal you expected.
